Fergie and her boyfriend of three years, actor Josh Duhamel, are getting married.

According to their rep, the couple got engaged “recently” but not on Christmas.

A source told People magazine:

“Fergie called a lot of her girlfriends today to tell them the news. She said they don’t know what kind of wedding they want yet, but that she is the happiest girl on earth.”

Lindsay Lohan was video taped drinking champagne on New Year's Eve, but she will not be going back to rehab.

"Rehab gives you the tools to deal with slipping up. This is not about her spiraling into a 4-day binge. This is what you want to happen–you want somebody to stop themselves. The good news was that Lindsay stopped herself that night, called her sponsor, and got herself immediately back on track. There is no magic cure here. When Jamie Lynn Spears’ pregnancy become know Nickelodeon released a statement saying they respect her for taking responsibility and they were wishing her the best. Well now they are clearely thinking differently.

Nick has just come up with a two part Zoey 101 episode called Goodbye Zoey.

The plot is “Zoey is offered a chance to move to London with her parents.”

The above photo is from October. If Jamie Lynn is 12 weeks pregnant, some reports say she's further along, this means she would have been pregnant when they were together. Jamie Lynn got in a screaming match with a women who was yelling at Britney telling her to move out of the neighborhood. Her "soft personality" wasn't working that day, maybe morning sickness was getting to her. Why didn't she tell Britney then? They seemed happy together.

On marriage: Jamie Lynn and Casey no longer live together. Jamie lives with her mom and Casey lives with his parents.

Shia LaBeouf went to a Chicago court today to face the charges from his arrest where he refused to leave a Walgreens.

Walgreens does not want to press charges against him.

The new issue of US Weekly is all about Britney Spears' tragic history.

Britney’s grandmother commited suicide in 1966 after the death of her 3 day old baby. Her grandma left Britney’s dad, who was only in 8th grade when she dies, and three other children. Two of those kids became homeless.

They also say that Britney was no where near being a virgin when she came on the scene. Britney lost her virginity when she was 14 to her boyfriend of three years.

Joel Madden and Nicole Richie are starting a charity.

It's called the Richie Madden Children’s Foundation to support mothers in need.

For donations, Joel and Nicole's baby shower this Sunday will be all for the foundation. Instead of gifts for them, they want stuff (cribs, strollers, and stuffed animals) to the charity.

In December the RMCF will donate 100 Mom-to-be kits to the LA free clinic. 

Nicole said, “I want my child to look up to me and be proud of me.”

Yeah if it's not mentally challenged because of you.

How are they going to teach people to be good parents if they can't be?

“Choreographers are busy finding a body double to dance Britney’s part for rehearsal,” says the source. “And the body double may very well also be the stand-in on the shoot itself if Brit doesn’t show on Friday!”

According to insiders Nicole Richie is sick of being pregnant. It's causing some people to worry because she's acting out of control.

A source told Star magazine that “Nicole feels like she’s been pregnant for years, not months...She’s being very careless. She just doesn’t want to be pregnant anymore. She’s tired of it. The thrill has definitely worn off.”

Nicole has been accused of smoking, sitting in hottubs, getting her hair dyed and she hasn't stopped wearing dangerously high heels.

The source also says that “Nicole could be doing real damage to the child, without even knowing it. Nicole was out sunbathing in Hawaii three days in a row when she was there for her birthday. A source says that the night before Brit's visit with the kids "She checked into the Beverly Wilshire hotel. But early that morning, she realized it wouldn’t be right to have her first visit with the boys in a hotel. She needed to see them at home, with their things around them."

Then “She and Alli [Sims] headed to Brit’s Malibu house. They went to sleep as soon as they got there. Kevin Federline has been granted 100% full custody of his and Britney Spears' two children.

On Monday, the judge said Britney must give the kids to Kevin this week.

The judge made his decision based on Britney's bad behavior lately.

After misdemeanor charges were made after Britney had hit-and-run, driving without a valid California license and her ex-bodyguard's claims that she used drugs.

There is another hearing Wednesday.

Britney still has to do the orders that she was given on September 17th. They include, random drug tests, going to counseling at least once a week for parenting issues, meeting with a parenting coach for no shorter than 8 hours a week, and must go to at least two sessions a week.

Someone who worked for Britney Spears while Tony Barretto was employed is saying the Tony is lying about all his allegations towards Brit.

"Tony's only ever seen Britney eight times - after working with her for a short time, he was fired for being lazy, inefficient, and slow. Our source says neither Britney or the other bodyguards were happy with him because he used to speak badly about other people, including other celebs he claimed to know."

After Vanessa Hudgen's nude photo's hit the net, she released this statement:

The New York Post reports that "The Hills" is not real. The cast and crew were taping yesterday at Da Silvano in New York. The footage is for this season, when Lauren goes to New York. A source said,

“It was clear that this show is not a reality show. They took five takes of Lauren ordering dinner. The film crew took over the outside eating area by setting up lights and cameras everywhere. They should go back to California.”

While Joel Madden might be Nicole Richie's baby daddy, we all know he had a long relationship with Hilary Duff.

The two broke up at the beginning of the year, and less than a month later he was dating Nicole Richie.

Nicole and Joel only dated for like 2 month's until they got pregnant. They denied it and hid it for 4 month's until they revealed the truth on an interview.

Although Joel has said he would like to eventually marry Nicole, he might be running into the arms of his ex.

Star magazine is reporting that the 5 month pregnant Nicole is alone while Joel is getting it on with ex-girlfriend Hilary.

Britney, Kevin and anyone else around the children can't use corporal punishment against the kids, that means they can spank them.

 

They both have to go to Parenting Without Conflict classes and go to co-parenting counseling together.

 

They both can't drink or take drugs while they have the kids or 12 hours before taking care of their kids.

According to their source JLo is three months pregnant with her and Mark Anthony's first child.

John Graziano, who was riding in the car with Nick, is still on life-support. He might even remain that way for the rest of his life.

Experts are now saying that the most he probably will ever be able to do is be able to open and shut his eyes.

Nick's parents should have set more limits. Nick has been pulled over numerous times for speeding. Nick has been cited four times and has four points on his license.

He was going 115 mph in a 70 mph zone, 106 mph in a 70 mph zone, 57 mph in a 30 mph zone. There was also one 16 days before his accident, he was clocked doing 82 mph in a 45 mph construction zone while workers were there.

People Magazine wrote this:

“The young Marine just back from Iraq who was critically injured in the Aug. 26 car crash that involved wrestler Hulk Hogan’s son Nick will require lifelong care, according to court documents. John Graziano’s mother, Debra Graziano, has legally petitioned a Florida court to permit her to assume guardianship of the 22-year-old, who remains in Bayfront Medical Center, the St. Petersburg Times reports. Citing court papers, the paper reports that the most Graziano can hope for is to open and shut his eyes periodically. He was a passenger in 17-year-old Nick Bollea’s car when it careened off the road and struck a 25-ft.-tall palm tree in downtown Clearwater, Fla., police said. The papers also state that Graziano was not wearing a seat belt. Police continue to investigate the accident, and no charges have been filed.

“A nurse hired by the court filed a report on Sept. 19 that described Graziano as comatose and on life support, and also said he may have suffered a seizure, says the Times.”

Poor guy.

Maybe if he was wearing his seatbelt it would've helped.

A lot of bad things happened right before Britney Spears' awful VMA performance. One of the worst thing's people noticed was how bad her hair looked, well now we know why.

While getting ready Brit got in a fight with hairstylist Ken Paves, who also has done Jessica Simpson's hair.

PEOPLE reports weeks before the awards show, "Britney had requested his two female assistants [to do her extensions] since she prefers women around her," and was disappointed when Ken showed up.

"He bailed," says the source.

Ken's rep: "Ken made the professional decision not to do her hair for the VMAs."

Also an MTV rep says people picked out a pretty corset for her to wear but Britney wanted to wear a bikini.

The new excuse for Britney's bad performance is now being blaimed on her boot also.

It seems like everything went wrong that night. Poor Brit.

Apparently Britney Spears' Criss Angel performance was suppose to happen but the Palms Casino sucks.

Britney was suppose to disappear and reappear, fly over the audience and also there was suppose to be crazy dance moves.

Last minute the Palms said no and denied them insurance in case of an injury.

That and the Sarah Silverman issue was what made Britney's performance sink.

I can understand now. I feel bad for her. I would've sucked dancing and singing if all that stuff happened last minute, she had no clue.

Nicole Richie is a really jealous girlfriend. She's got Joel Madden on a tight leash.

She has given him strict rules for when he's in public.

She won't allow him to take pictures with females.

So if you're planning on going to a GC show and meeting... and you're a girl who's pretty... forget about a picture.

At a party in New York City earlier this week, Joel refused to take a picture with an attractive young fan

“He said he couldn’t, as Nicole gave him strict orders not to take pictures with other celebrities or girls for rumor purposes,” says one spywitness.

Halle Berry has been receiving death threats to her unborn baby.

It's clearly the fact that this baby is going to be mixed. Halle herself is mixed, her mother was black and her father was white.

She has now had to hire security guards, which she never has needed before. 

One note said that her baby will be “cut into hundreds of pieces”.

That just digusts me.

Of course by now you all know that Britney Spears' performance sucked! Well I have new information that explains why.

Sarah Silverman, who I do not like, is a mean comedian. At the MTV Movie Awards she poked fun of Paris Hilton in a mean way, and last night she made horrible remarks to Britney Spears. 

A “source” told X17 that Sarah is to blame for Britney’s bad performance:

Sarah, I guess was practicing, said her bad line about Britney's kids right before Brit Brit hit the stage.

Of course that upset Britney. She was so upset, she went through her performance as quickly as she could just to get it over with. Before, friends were trying to calm her down and get her excited about her performance, a friend apparently yelled at Sarah backstage too.

Here’s what Silverman said about Britney’s kids:

“Have you seen Britney’s kids? Oh my god they are the most adorable mistakes you will ever see. They are so cute. They are as cute as the hairless vagina they came out of.”

I'm guessing she said that because Britney once told her kids they were mistakes (there's a story about it in Britney's section on here). I still don't think it was the right move to make.

Heath Ledger and Michelle Williams have called it quits.

Us Weekly is reporting that the pair just, grew apart.

They are going to stay friends so that they can both care for their two year old daughter, Mathilda.

Disney is doing major damage control after finding out that Vanessa Hudgens nude photos were taken when she was just 15!

At first they were very understanding of her situation and supported her, when they thought the photos were taken when she was 18.

Now we found out she was only 15 makes it worse.

Disney now thinks that Vanessa should be axed from the major big screen version of the High School Musical movies.

She was scheduled to be on Jay Leno tonight, but she isn't anymore.

It's only been a few days since Halle Berry confirmed her pregnancy. She showed off her three month baby bump while out and about shopping in L.A. She went shopping at the store, Babystyle.

Britney Spears' VMA performance was suppose to be amazing, but it was far from.

Her hair was a mess and her outfit was horrible. Britney seemed to forget how to lip-synch, and her dancing was beyond embarassing.

Britney looked as if she forget her moves and danced with no enthusiasm. People in the crowd didn't look pleased.

Also, all the talk of Criss Angel helping her out did nothing. It was reported that he was going to tricks to make her disappear, but there was nothing done.

There was nothing, no pyro, no tricks, nothing exciting.

Criss Angel clearly had nothing to do with anything.

Also she was suppose to be working with top choreographers, but there was no great dance moves done.

I was hoping she was going to do fantastic but this show was horrible.

Not!

A congrats are in order for Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry.

The pair have been dating for a little over 2 years and are expecting their first child together.

There have been reports for awhile now that Halle may be knocked up, but I can now confirm it is true.

"Yes, I am three months pregnant," Halle told Access Hollywood.

She added "Gabriel and I are beyond excited and I've waited a long time for this moment in my life." 

Halle is 41 and her boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry, is 32.

They met while shooting a Versace ad in Los Angeles in November 2005.
