Paris Hilton is out of jail as of early Thursday morning. She is being put under house arrest though. She will be forced to wear an electronic monitoring device, police said at a press conference Thursday morning.
Law enforcement agreed to reassign Paris to her home for "medical reasons."
Paris will not be allowed to leave her home for the next 40 days.
Celebrity Babylon claims that the engagement between Heidi and Spencer is fake.
CB also says they have video of them talking about setting up a photoshoot and how they made $30k off of their romance.
An MTV insider claims to say, "It's an arrangement that suits both of them. They won't be walking down the aisle, they will go through the motions of planning a wedding, and then have a big break-up that will get lots of press. All caught on camera by photographers, of course."
Lauren Conrad wants everyone to know that she never made a sex tape with her stupid ex-boyfriend, Jason Wahler.
“There is no sex tape that exists,” LC said in an interview.
After news broke out about the tape she posted on her official website saying this...
“Regarding the reports that have circulated on the internet this morning, [Jason Wahler] and I would like to make it clear that we did not make a tape with us having sex. In the new issue of Us Weekly, the 21-year-old denies the existence of the sex tape and refers to her relationship with Jason by saying...

It's hard to believe because one of her and Jason's friends has said that Lauren has tried to break into Jason's apartment to get the tape. He finally gave up the tape, but he made a copy.
If it's not her then who was the person in the tape? There obviously is something that claiming to be her tape because at least 5 people have seen it and commented about it. I wonder if its another look-a-like trying to get fame.

She was looking " The article also says that Britney "squatted in her torn fishnets, clutched her Yorkie puppy and stared vacantly into space." A source that was on the shoot said "She was completely uncooperative and left everyone hanging about when she went for an hour's massage — twice." People said the video was "total shambles" and that Britney "needs help fast."

- Insisted her “friends” do her hair and makeup while complaining that the wardrobe provided by the mag’s stylists wasn’t “sexy,” “short” or “tight” enough.
- Fled the shoot and interview before it was over. She was also still wearing $14,526 worth of OK!’s borrowed clothing.

Britney isn't staying quiet about this, and I wouldn't either.
Brit is doing all she can to stop Jaime Lynn from making a huge mistake.
The legal papers that Britney delivered to her mom was actually a strong letter from Brit’s lawyer to her mother telling her not to allow Jaime Lynn to move out. Britney thinks Jaime Lynn is too young for an independent life.
Which is completely true. What kind of mother lets their 16 year old daughter move in with their boyfriend?
Britney Spears wants Kevin Federline back because she's missing her family. But Kevin wants nothing to do with her.
Kevin is paying lawyers to get him out of Britney's life.
MSNBC reports via a National Enquirer source: “Britney called Kevin and told him ‘I’m not divorcing you! I want my family back!’
"He was stunned. The call was about custody rights, and though Kevin suspected Britney has been stalling the divorce because of second thoughts, he was shocked when she told him she wanted him back.”
Kevin is counter-filing for divorce, he doesn't want this divorce to stall any longer.
Nicole Richie has the same DUI charge as Paris Hilton and she is also a repeat offender, but she still has her driver's license and nobody seems to know why.
TMZ reports:
Paris was busted September 7, 2006 -- and around 5 months later, she had already lost her driving privileges and was later arrested for violating her probation for driving on the suspended license. Richie was busted for DUI on December 11, 2006 -- and almost 6 months later, she is not only still driving ... but the California DMV hasn't even begun to take action against her ... [A rep for the California DMV] said: "I have no idea why Nicole still has her license."
Nicole was busted for taking drugs and driving on the wrong side of a freeway, that, to me, is worse then having one or two drinks and driving a block away.
UPDATE: Turns out the DMV only has a mandatory license suspension when alcohol is involved, and Nicole Richie only smoked pot and took Vicodin.
Yeah pot and Vicodin effects your judgement just as much if not more then alcohol.
Paris Hilton is still going to jail, but maybe not as long as she thought. It was released this week that the heiress will serve a shorter sentence than previously thought. Paris will only have to serve about half of the 45 days she was sentenced to, according to officials. She will spend about 23 days in a “special needs housing unit” at the Century Regional Detention Center in suburban Lynwood, Los Angeles County sheriff’s spokesman Steve Whitmore said.
Paris Hilton has been served a 45 day stay at a county jail for driving on a suspended license.
Although people who violate their parrol should get in trouble, her punishment is unfair.
Paris has said her longtime publicist is to blaime, because he didn't tell her that her liscence was suspended.
Also top lawyers have admitted that they too feel the punishment is unfair. Most people don't get a 45 day jail sentance for something like that.
Paris is fighting back, her lawyers are filing an appeal, and she has posted a petition on her myspace that will be sent to the governer of California, Mr. Terminator himself, to ask for a pardon of the jail sentance.
She also has been saying that the cops pull her over to hit on her.

Nicole's publicist says she was just trying to be funny in the email invite, but a lot of people are finding it anything but funny.
"Clearly, she is thumbing her nose at the people in rehab," Dr. Joyce Brothers tells In Touch. "It's a huge form of acting out, and it shows that the treatment for her eating disorder did not do any good."
During the party most of the guests drank beer and nibbled on barbecue, but "Nicole didn't eat anything," a witness tells In Touch.
Since Paris Hilton was sentenced to jail, Nicole, who was arrested in December, is terrified she'll end up behind bars too.
"When Nicole heard about Paris' sentence, she broke down," says an insider. "She's been eating less. She's only sleeping three hours a night. She has nightmares about being in prison and wakes up in cold sweats."
Nicole's rep denied reports that she stayed overnight in rehab a week or so ago for an eating disorder and a Vicodin addiction. An insider says Nicole has been seeking outpatient treatment at Beau Monde Programs for months.
The MTV Australia Video Music Awards took place in Sydney, Austalia last night. 30 Seconds to Mars (which is my favorite band) came up big. Their video for The Kill was named Video of the Year and Best Rock Video. YAY!
The band beat out Australian bands like Wolfmother, as well as Christina Aguilera, Eskimo Joe, and Jet.
"Thank you so much for the warm love Down Under. We plan on coming here again and again and again,” Jared Leto told the crowd.
Pink was the other big winner at the event, winning the Best Female Artist and Download of the Year awards.
Justin Timberlake, who had the most nominations, walked away with only one award - Best Hook Up, for his partnership with Timbaland on SexyBack.
Nicole Richie showed up at tonight's MTV Awards in Australia because her boyfriend's brother is engaged to some Australian chick, so i guess she feels that she needs to go.
And once again she looks like she's about to die.
She looks so sickly, but hey she looks better then she did at the presscall for the MTV Australia Awards a few days ago.
Ew! Joel is practically dating a corpse.
Joel Madden used to be such a good little christian. He never used to smoke or do drugs. He even stopped drinking when he started dating Hillary Duff. Ever since he started dating Nicole Ritchie he's gone down hill. After her DUI she admitted to doing drugs and smoking pot with her boyfriend, Joel. He now has been spotted going to clubs with her and drinking a ton. He's even gotten meaner. He's been getting in fights with the photogs, and fans have noticed a difference in his attitude at shows. Now in the new Issue of Blender magazine he admits,
"Without cigarettes, I would be doing heroin, probably. On a daily basis."
As much as I didn't like them together, he needs to get back with Hil Duff. But one of the supposed reasons they broke up was because she's waiting for marriage to have sex. What a pig! Oh, and why is heroin that he would be doing? And why would it be daily? I think he's hiding something from us.

Dear Fans,
I just wanted to reach out to all of you and explain some of the things that I have been faced with recently.
It's so funny how many stories are put out there about people. It's like we all want our side of the story out there as well, but at the end of the day only a few people care to hear what is really going on since the bad is always so much more interesting than the truth. I don't know why, but this is so weird to me. I used to be angry at the tabloids for printing horrible things about me, but now I try to just be numb to what I see. I saw Tyra Banks once get really upset and cry on her show because they made her look fat. We all want a certain image of ourselves out there, and at some point we all do really care what other people think or we wouldn't be here.
Recently, I was sent to a very humbling place called rehab. I truly hit rock bottom. Till this day I don't think that it was alcohol or depression. I was like a bad kid running around with ADD. I had a manager from a long time ago come in and try to direct me and my life after I got my divorce. I was so overwhelmed I think that I was in a little shock too. I didn't know who to go to. I realized how much energy and love I had put into my past relationship when it was gone because I genuinely did not know what to do with myself, and it made me so sad. I confess, I was so lost.
This letter is to not place blame on anyone, although I do see the world with a completely different set of eyes now. Being in that vulnerable state and taken to dinners and parties with friends and finding out later you paid for everything was a huge learning lesson for me. I think the whole problem was letting too many people into my life. You never know another persons intentions or what another person wants. I feel I was too open and looking for answers when I had it all to begin with. I have had to cut so many people out of my life. It is so sad, because if anyone is a family person...it is me. When I was little I remember every night watching movies with my family and feeling so at peace. Dancing and singing all the time just like a little girl should. Now recently I find with my children that I want them to have that feeling all of the time. I am having to face a lot of things right now since I have children of my own. A lot of insecurities from when I was little are coming up again. It is like we are never good enough.
I know everyone thinks that I am playing the victim, but I am not and I hate what is going on right now so much. Maybe this is the reason for this letter...to maybe allow people to look at me differently. It is like when you are a real woman and say what you feel and how you think things are supposed to be, that people just say you are a "bitch."
I feel like some of the people in my life made more of some issues than was necessary. I also feel like they knew I was beginning to use my brain for a change and cut some ties, so they wanted to be in more control of my life than me. I think it is actually normal for a young girl to go out after a huge divorce. I think it was a bigger issue because I had not gone out in such a long time. I am 25 and I do still have a lot to learn, and I am going to make mistakes everyday, and I am sure every mistake I make will probably be on CNN or Good Morning America. I am only human people and I love you for still loving me.
I am sitting here at home and it is 6:25 and both of my sons are asleep. I am truly blessed to have them in my life. Everyday is so surreal. Life in general is so surreal and crazy.
I just hope this letter made some of you think a little bit more of me and where I am coming from. I just want the same things in life that you want...and that is to be happy. It is just so weird because everyone has their own perception of me and how they think I really am. It is so weird how stories are told. There is your side, my side, and the truth. Somebody has to figure it out. I guess we will never really understand or figure out life completely. That's God's job. I can't wait to meet him...or her.

Shar Jackson is speaking up about Kevin Federline and his marriage to Britney Spears.
Jackson tells USA Today that her life became very complicated when Kevin married Brit.
“Somebody was always at my door with a camera.”
“My older children, Cassie and Donnie, were always being asked about Britney, even by their teachers. They’ve had to change schools twice,” she said.
“I even had to give my dog away to my grandma - because I’d named her Britney way before Kevin got together with her. I had a bunch of dogs named after pop stars, but I didn’t want to be calling that name anymore,” she added.

Jessica Simpson is unhappy with her sister Ashlee's career because hers is fading.
A source told Closer magazine: “Jessica finds it tough being compared with Ashlee, who’s becoming a big star and is threatening to overtake Jessica as the more successful sister.
“Jessica was always seen as the bigger star, but now Ashlee is taking over. There’s certainly a sibling rivalry between them.”
Pete Wentz of Fall Out Boy opens up in the new issue of The Advocate. He's featured in the magazines "Big Gay Following" section and reveals some very interesting, yet not so surprising information.
The Advocate: You made a lot of gay fans happy when you admitted that you'd kissed boys because "anything above the waist is fair game."
Pete: [Laughs] I actually mean it. That's just kind of how I am. I'm a little bit of a make-out bandit. I don't discriminate too much.
The Advocate: What's the closest you've ever come to taking the boy-on-boy action to the next level?
Pete: I haven't really gotten that close, 'cause honestly, I'm not a real big fan of penises. Like my own, whenever I look at it, I just don't find anything attractive about it. I can't believe girls are into it.
The Advocate: You've also said that people who aren't fans of yours will sometimes call you an antigay slur. Why is that?
Pete: I don't know. I thin it's a real cheap, easy word. At some point when we were doing this band I was like, "You know what? I'm going to be the most androgynous person that I can possibly be. I'm going to wear girl pants and makeup." I looked to David Bowie, Mick Jagger, and people like that, and I was like, "That's what's missing in all the bands that we're playing with right now! You need this effeminate edge." Did Mick Jagger and David Bowie make out? Probably. Who knows? I think sexuality is a lot more ambiguous and more blurred than people make it out to be.
Angelina Jolie looks terrifying. She is so thin and looks like she is about to just pass out.
There have been reports of an eating dissorder, possibly brought on by her mothers death.

The Sun claims that Angelina Jolie told the French magazine, Public, that she gave up relationships with women to be with Brad Pitt.
She is quoted as saying, “I’ve never hidden my bisexuality. But since I’ve been with Brad, there’s no longer a place for that or S&M in my life."
Remember when Justin Timberlake sang the "Im Lovin' It" song for McDonald's ad campaign in 2003? Well JT regrets doing it. In the upcoming issue of British GQ Justin admits that "I regret the McDonald's deal."
Another thing he regrets is his appearance at the Grammys this year. "I view the Grammys the same way I view my deal with McDonalds." He continues saying, "It's kind of interesting. Just like the McDonalds deal, whose market share went up 25 percent when I walked into those offices and changed their image. When I did the Grammys, the viewing figures went up 25 percent."

He seems to be a little full of himself, but hey, its the truth. I remember reading awhile back that JT also said that he felt "used" by the Grammys and felt like they were trying an American Idol type thing, which was hard and confussing for him to do.
Practicing with three different girls for hours a day and trying to make sure they all sound great is hard. I personally thought the girl who won was not very good. JT should've just stuck by Timberland.
Hilary Duff isn’t playing the Hollywood game. She’s maintained sobriety and a health. She keeps a level head and it has made a huge difference.
“I’m not going to stop doing what I love because I’m afraid of breaking down. But I’ve seen how easily it happens. My sister, Haylie, and I used to live in this apartment complex with lots of young Hollywood stars. I watched lots of famous people earning too much and getting into trouble. I saw people lose everything. Thankfully, I haven’t fallen into that trap.”
Although she's grown up as a former childstar, she hasn't taken the same past as others in her shoes have.
“I sometimes wish I wasn’t always watched or didn’t have to worry about being seen somewhere. But I’ve experienced things other girls haven’t. I’ve travelled, I’m financially independent, I own a beautiful home and I’m happy with my job. I don’t have to struggle with the questions a lot of other women do.”
With her sister and childhood friends surrounding her, she continues to maintain her morals and do what she feels is right.
Lindsay Lohan might be faking her whole love fling with "gf" Samantha Ronson, but she was recently spotted playing tonsil hockey with her rumored lady love.
An insider told America’s Star magazine: “They just started making out right there like they didn’t care who saw them."
“Everyone knows they are more than just friends. They are lovers. Maybe because they were across the globe they didn’t think anyone would notice.”
Or maybe Lindsay needed a quick dose of attention, I mean she did admit to being an attention whore.
If your throwing a birthday party anytime soon you might want to check Lindsay Lohan off the guestlist. Straight out of rehab she was back out partying at DJ AM’s birthday party. She wasted no time stealing the spotlight with her “look at me” antics.
Oh and DJ AM is Nicole Richie’s ex, and Nicole Richie is now dating Joel Madden who about 4 or 5 months ago broke up with Hilary Duff, and Hilary Duff and Lindsay Lohan have had some catfights in their past with eachother. Drama, Drama, Drama!
