On August 23 2007, at 3:15 PM Miss Nicole Camille Richie reported to CRDF and surrendered herself following a July 27 arrest, she was sentenced to serve 96 hours in County Jail. Miss Richie was accompanied by her attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley and her boyfriend Joel Madden. Miss Richie was booked and processed into the jail system. Miss Richie was cooperative during the process. Based on her sentence and federal court guidelines, Miss Richie was released at 4:37 PM today.

Vanessa Hudgenss nude photos, that recently have been all over the internet, were said to be for boyfriend and High School Musical costar Zac Efron, but it is now said that the pics were meant for another actor.

Vanessa's photos were suppose to be sent to Drake Bell. She has sent risqué pictures of herself to the Nickelodeon star before. 

She emailed photos to the Drake and Josh star a couple of years ago.

Drake's rep, Jill Fritzo, tells PEOPLE: "Drake says he never received those photos."

Vanessa, who's only 18, was on Drake and Josh in a 2006 episode as his girlfriend. Vanessa, in real life, is dating her Zac Efron. Right now their in Australia, where he's promoting Hairspray.

Hilary Duff is on the cover of the new Seventeen magazine issue, and she is talking about her ex Joel Madden.

Hilary Duff, 19, broke up with boyfriend of two years Joel Madden, 26, last November. Only a few weeks after the break up Joel started dating Nicole Richie, and now there's rumors of the two having a baby and getting married, only after 6 months of dating.

To make things worse her parents announced they were getting divorced.

On ex-boyfriend Joel Madden:
“I was really happy in my relationship with Joel. I was with him from age 16 to 18. Those are important years. He’s my first love, so I’ll always care about him. But I definitely feel like a different person now that we broke up. And I DO feel happy!”

On the breakup with Joel:
“All of the going out he did after we broke up sort of shocked me. Like, that’s just so out of character for him, and when we were together, he hated stuff like that, so I felt like I just really didn’t know him as well as I thought I did.”

On Joel dating Nicole Richie:
“With the amount of time that we had invested in each other, I felt disrespected that he moved on so quickly…But some people don’t want to deal with how they feel, so they cover it up. Rebound! I shouldn’t say that. You know what, though? Now I don’t care.”

On her parents divorcing:
“Normally parents get divorced when you’re young and then you just grow up with that being normal. But I’m 19 – basically an adult – and it hit me like a brick in the face…I was confused and finally learned that parents are just people – which is devastating in a way.”

Us Weekly is reporting that poor Owen Wilson is not the person we all thought he was. The funny man is addicted to hard core drugs. It's been reported that on the night of his suicide attempt, Owen had Oxycontin in his system and another drug. He also has suffered from depression and using cocaine. Owen is not only addicted to cocaine, but heroin as well.

“Owen started hanging out around the wrong people again,” says a source.

The blame has been put on actor Steve Coogan. He's been in rehab before and costared with Owen in Night at the Museum and Around the World in 80 Days.

In the issue Courtney Love speaks out about her attempts to save Owen. "I went through it with Steve," she said, who dated Steve Coogan, "I was just out of rehab, and he was right there with the drugs, I tried to warn Owen. I tried to warn his friends…I hope from the bottom of my heart that Owen stays the hell away from that guy.”

This is so sad.

Other people tried to save Owen too. Woody Harrelson had a small intervention at his home in Hawaii in May.

Us is also reporting that Kate dumped Owen due to drugs.

His ex-girlfriend Kate Hudson, 28, “forbid him from letting Coogan into his house. She knew he was bad,” says another source.

Now Kate is dating someone new, Dax Shepard from Punk'd. This could be a factor in his rock bottom hit.

“Seeing her happy with someone else made him happy that she’d found that,” says a longtime family friend of Owen, "but made him hate himself so much more that he could never do it.”

Vanessa Hudgens is the sweet girl from the High School Musical movies. Everyone is calling her the role model for young kids. Well she's not a role model anymore. 

This photo of Vanessa is really sad. I was hoping that she would be the next role model for young girls and teach them values. Hudgen’s rep just issued this statement, which doesn't really help:

“This was a photo which was taken privately. It is a personal matter and it is unfortunate that this has become public.”

Ok, I don't take pictures of myself naked, butt naked, and I'm sure someone is taking this photo, (it's probably her boyfriend Zac Efron) which makes it worse.

Owen Wilson was hospitalized on Sunday from a suicide attempt. The National Enquirer and Star magazine both are reporting on this.

Sources tell the mags that Wilson sliced his left wrist and took a large amount of pills.

Owen was discovered by a family member who then dialed 911. An ambulance went to Owen's house in Los Angeles around noon.

National Enquirer editor-in-chief David Perel says, “Owen Wilson has now been transferred from St. John’s to another Los Angeles area hospital. His brothers Andrew and Luke are with him.

“Andrew found him after the suicide attempt and called an ambulance. Both of Owen’s wrists were slashed superficially and Owen had taken an overdose of pills.

“Owen was found with a nearly empty bottle of pills next to him. He was at his house in Santa Monica.”

This is so shocking, I cannot believe this. Poor Owen. My prayers go out to him.

Owen released a statement: “I respectfully ask that the media allow me to receive care and heal in private during this difficult time."

Im one of the many people who think Keira Knightley is one of the most beautiful girl in the world, but she doesn't seem to think that.

Keira has had to face rumors of her having an eating disorder, which she has had to defend herself over and over. Even if she doesn't have an eating disorder she's not to happy with her body. 

She had a digital breast enhancement for the Pirates 3 poster, and then it was her nose and now it's her leg.

She recently used a body double when close-up shots of her legs were needed. The scene was being shot for a WWII film Atonement.

A magazine has quoted a close source that: “Keira’s feet were too big and veiny. She thought it was really funny.” This is not the first time she's used a body double. In the movie Domino the actress' part called for a steamy hot sex scene, which she used a body double, but who could blaim her. 

In Silk she appears topless, which is also a body double. Im not sure if that is based on if she hates her body or not. She has had lip injections but she's said she won't get plastic surgery for every little thing on her body.

Everyone who knows me knows I'm not a fan of Nicole Richie. Although I don't like her, I still would like to hear one good thing about her. 

Nicole was seen at a Santa Monica drug store with six boxes of Rogaine for women in her cart.

She was said to be pasty and skeletal, and she had mass vitamin bottles stacked in her shopping cart. A sourcs who was there said: “Nicole’s hair was looking thin and stringy.” That means she has a poor diet.

This girl has been preggers for 4 months, she had time to get better.

Star Magazine claims that Nicole Richie was rushed to the hospital fearing that she might lose her baby.

Lindsay Lohan hasn't been seen in public since her DUI/car chase last month, but she has come out of hiding. She's currently in rehab at Cirque Lodge in Orem, Utah.

She walked around the town yesterday and went to Beaches Tanning Center.

Should she be allowed to smoke in rehab?

Lindsay Lohan is on the cover of the September issue of Elle magazine.

It was all done the day before her May DUI, before her second stint in rehab in June, and before she was arrested a second time for DUI in July.

It's been said that Lindsay Lohan has left the bright lights of Hollywood for her hometown in Long Island. It's also been reported that the troubled actress is in Utah, possibly in rehab. If rehab is true, her place is amazing.

According to CBS News radio, LL checked into Cirque Lodge.

The place has its own helicopter and accommodates up to 16 patients.

Nice.

Nicole Richie went to court and only got 4 days in jail for her second DUI.

Remember, Nicole drove the wrong way on the highway, with alcohol and drugs in her system.

She pleaded guilty, and was also fined $2048.

She was ordered back to driving school for 21 days for the alcohol education course.

She starts serving her time by September 28th

Lindsay Lohan's new thriller I Know Who Killed Me blew. No shock.

Lindsay tried to make the leap from teen actress, to hot rated R acting. Well, she failed.

Her antics from the past few months over-shawdowed the movie. Your seeing Lindsay onscreen, not the character she plays.

Lindsay plays a duel role... again! There's a blue Lindsay (Aubrey), and a red Lindsay (Dakota). Lets just say Dakota is exactly like the real Lindsay.

Let me break down all that was bad in this movie:

Acting was horrible. Not just Lindsay's but everyone's.

The constant use of the "f" word was not needed.

Lindsay's chainsmoking was annoying.

The graphic sex scene was not needed and Lindsay should've waited to do a scene like that until she was much older.

I was not expecting to see womens breasts in a Lindsay Lohan movie. You even see the side of Lindsay's breast.

The pole dancing was horrific. Lindsay was so bad at it and it looked awful.

The movie looked like a cheap college video. The transitioning was bad, music was bad, just bad.

The plot was stupid... who the killer was was stupid.

The cut out scenes that were shown in the preview.

Lindsay plays a twin, AGAIN!

Britney Spears was driving to Las Vegas last night when she got pulled over by the cops for speeding. Even after they turned on their lights, Britney kept driving for a mile.

The September issue of Allure, which features Britney Spears on the cover, is not what you would think it is. There are pictures inside, but not much of an interview from the falling star.

Brit missed four appointments for an interview with the magazine.
First time: She cancelled. Her publicist said that she was doing important work in the recording studio. Only a few hours later, the paparazzi found her a few in a salon getting her nails done. 

Another time: The reporter waited in the hotel room while Brit Brit was at Neiman Marcus in Beverly Hills shopping. She managed to buy $32,849 worth of stuff.

“Britney showed up for Allure’s cover shoot on time and ready to work,” said editor-in-chief Linda Wells. She also said the shoot wasn't without crazy moments.

“She was entirely un-self-concious,” says Linda. “She took off her wig and then stripped down to the waist, for no apparent reason, before sitting for hair and makeup.”

The magazine still ran the issue without Britney's interview.

In the article, Allure quotes NYC psychotherapist Jane Greer, who believes that Britney suffers from bipolar disorder.

“Her behavior suggests bipolar disorder,” says Jane. “The manic episodes with impulsivity and loss of control – the flashing, the head shaving, the hitting the photographer’s car with the umbrella – are what we see.”

“Part of manic behavior is a flight from reality and the anger." Jane also add, “People who are manic get angry at people who try to take away their high – like her mother, for example – by introducing any element of reality.”

Hopefully her performance at the VMA's sparks a new career, free of insanity.

“Yes. I am innocent… did not do drugs they’re not mine. I was almost hit by my assistant Tarin’s mom. I appreciate everyone giving me my privacy.”

Lindsay Lohan emailed this statement to Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush.

Yeah right! Those drugs are hers. Even if they weren't, it doesn't explaine her over .12 alcohol level.

Lindsay Lohan was arrested in Santa Monica on Tuesday morning at 2:00 AM.

Guess what for... driving under the influence of alcohol.

Lindsay JUST got out of rehab.

Lohan is currently still in custody.

Also, drugs were found in Lindsay’s car again.

Update: As if things weren’t bad enough….

In addition to driving under the influence of alcohol and having narcotics found in her car, Lindsay was also booked on driving on a suspended license.

Update: Cocaine was found on Lindsay Lohan’s possession.

Lindsay Lohan’s attorney Blair Berk issued the following statement in response to her arrest:

“Addiction is a terrible and vicious disease. Since Lindsay transitioned to outpatient care, she has been monitored on a SCRAM bracelet and tested daily in order to support her sobriety. Throughout this period, I have received timely and accurate reports from the testing companies. Unfortunately, late yesterday I was informed that Lindsay had relapsed. The bracelet has now been removed. She is safe, out of custody and presently receiving medical care.”

Update: Lindsay Lohan’s was in a car chase with someone the night of her arrest. Who was she chasing?

Lindsay was chasing Muro’s mom and Muro’s mom alerted 911 to Lindsay’s behavior.

Lindsay had nearly twice the legal limit of alcohol when she crashed her car last month and was arrested hours later.

 

She also had traces of cocaine in her bloodstream.

Milo Ventimiglia has finally admitted to dating Hayden Panettiere.

According to witnesses, Milo, 30, announced that he and Hayden, 18, are boyfriend and girlfriend at a Christmas party.

The two went to a pre-Christmas Water Grill party in LA where sources say Milo told their co-stars they were and item and that he loves her.

They were also holding hands all night.

That's what his name translates to. I'm not going to lie, I think Shia LaBeouf is very very very attractive.

Shia was recently interviewed by Indie London and talked about his rise to fame.

Q. You’ve rapidly become something of a shooting star?
Shia LaBeouf: I’m just an actor for hire, man.

Q. Is it difficult to process how fast you’ve risen in terms of the Hollywood A-list?
Shia LaBeouf: Oh yeah, I’m the president of the lucky club. There are so many talented people who don’t work. And the crop of young actors I’m surrounded by is incredible. You look at Jamie Bell, he’s an ace; the dude is incredible. You watch him in Billy Elliot and it’s like: “F***, I can’t keep…” When you have people like that around you it amps you up a little bit. Also, Emile Hirsch and Joseph Gordon-Levitt, or guys like Ryan Gosling. It’s a really good crowd and I feel I’m coming up at a good time. But equally, there’s a lot of good young actors who don’t get to work who are more talented than I. I’m just lucky.

Q. You have been described as the “face of new Hollywood” and are now working with the likes of Steven Spielberg. Is that something you now have to take on board when approaching projects?
Shia LaBeouf: No, that’s too much weight, that’s crazy thinking. I haven’t accepted any of this yet. It all seems like the craziest thing in the world. I’m a kid from Echo Park and I shouldn’t be working with Steven [Spielberg]. I mean it’s wild when Steven becomes Steven. And “hey Harrison [Ford]”. That’s crazy to me as well. My dad didn’t give a shit about movies, ever. He doesn’t care about any of this stuff, which helps to maintain normality. But then when I tell him something like: “We were training today and Harrison pulled out the whip and started doing whip training… [for Indiana Jones IV]” My dad went nuts because Harrison is a modern day Steve McQueen. So that makes my dad proud of all of this and it’s a great feeling.

Q. Do you have French heritage?
Shia LaBeouf: Yeah, by dad’s Cajun. I have a cool lineage, a good group of people. I’m Jewish so I was named after my grandfather. Shia means “gift from God” and LaBeouf means “the beef” so my name means “thank God for beef!” [Laughs]

Q. Where do you see yourself in 30 years?
Shia LaBeouf: Train conductor [laughs], bag man at the grocery store… that’s the stuff I dream about. I don’t go to bed at night and dream about these fantastic things that normal people dream about… I dream about real, normal sh$% such as fixing motorcycles because it’s just not accessible at this point. That’s stuff I can’t have, so that’s the stuff I dream about.

Christina Aguilera still hasn't officially said she was pregnant, but last weekend Paris Hilton told everyone and now someone else is too.

Exec. producer Ken Ehrlic was talking about the Emmy's to OK! magazine. He said she will be performing "Steppin' Out," and he also said "We're sensitive to the pregnancy, but I can't wait for her to sing."

 Everyone knows now, she just needs to admit it. What's the point of hiding it any longer?

Concert promoters in Australia have released the following statement:

“It has become apparent that Christina will not be well enough to perform her last two Melbourne shows. Doctor’s have confirmed Christina has a viral upper respiratory tract infection with a high fever and abnormal coughing. They have prescribed complete bed rest for the next few days.

Christina Aguilera posted this message to her fans:

“I want to personally apologize to all of my fans for having to cancel my last two shows here in Melbourne. Unfortunately, I have fallen ill with a bad flu virus. This is one of the best cities in the world to perform in and I am truly disappointed that I won’t be able to share my show with you all.
Thank you for all of the continued love and support and I hope to perform for you all again next time.”

On the red carpet of the Emmy Awards she threatened to kill a reporter.

TV Guide is reporting that she confronted a reporter from Us Weekly.

This is what they say happened:

It was the unbreakable Hayden Panettiere who threatened to “kill” a staffer from Us Weekly over something she wrote about her in a recent issue. (Sources have since confirmed that it was this item that had HP’s barely legal panties in a bunch.) Just when it looked like Hayden was about to pull a Sylar on said reporter’s skull, her quick-thinking publicist grabbed her and scolded, “Not on the red carpet.” It was a classic Hollywood moment — and one I predict will be streaming all over the Internet by week’s end.

The show takes place next month in Las Vegas.

When MTV was contacted and asked about the news they said they would not agree with or deny the rumors.

I'm just trying to figure out how she's going to top herself. First she danced around with a large snake, then she made out with Madonna. And no one can forget her 15 minute failed comeback tour.

I hope that these rumors are true, and Britney takes to that stage just like her old self.

Lindsay Lohan's lifestyle has forced her bodyguard to quit. He quit because he feared it was too dangerous to be around her.

Lee Weaver recently revealed his two years of hell with LL. He talks about how Lindsay attacked a gun-holding cocaine dealer for ripping her off. She snorted line after line with Nicole Richie, and has even slashed her wrists, crying that she "didn't belong on this planet".

He also revealed that she enjoyed lesbian flings with a string of girls she picked up at parties, and even tried to get Mariah Carey.

"I have looked after some of the wildest stars in Hollywood - but never anyone as out of control as Lindsay is. She had a total death wish and took more drugs and drank more than anyone I've met," the News of the World quoted Weaver, as saying.

"I lost count of the times I thought she was overdosing and had to carry her out of parties. Every morning I'd breathe a sigh of relief she was still alive," he added.

He also spoke about her cocaine addiction and how he used to carry her home since the first night he began working for her.

"She'd been snorting all night. As soon as they walked into the party she was snorting more. She got on the coffee table and danced, flinging her dress above her head, her eyes rolling about all over the place," he said.

Lee revealed that when Lindsay was not snorting coke, she was picking up girls from parties.

"She used boys for drugs and girls for thrills. I lost count of the women she took back to her hotel room from clubs. I even saw her try to grope Mariah Carey's bottom and boobs one night as they danced.

Lindsay Lohan has reportedly snuck a BlackBerry into the Promises treatment center and has been begging friends to bring her sleeping pills.

So far what I've seen, the clothes are cute.

If Nicole Richie is really pregnant, her baby might not even survive.

Nicole has been using heroin and pills, and she abused alcohol and cocaine. She has already done the rehab thing three times.

Doctors say Nicole’s pregnancy is at a high-risk.

If she had drugs in her system when she got pregnant, she could have a miscarriage or birth defects.

Nicole’s weight has also been a factor in the risk. Mary Jane Minkin, M.D., a clinical professor at Yale University, is surprised that Nicole could even get pregnant.

Sadly, I feel that Britney’s career is pretty much over and Kevin will get custody.

Mike explained: “Britney Spears was drinking Mojitos and she’d been drinking some Jack Daniel’s. Suddenly she shocked everyone by just stripping out of her top. She went into the pool topless — her boobs were exposed and she had a drink in her hand and a hat on with sunglasses.”

DINA Lohan, the leggy mother of Lindsay, is always described as a former Radio City Music Hall Rockette - but she’s not. After an inquiry from The Post, a spokeswoman for Radio City called back to say an exhaustive search found no record of Dina Lohan, or Donata Sullivan (her maiden name), ever being a Rockette. Execs at Cablevision, which owns Radio City, were said to be indignant anyone would claim to be a Rockette who wasn’t. “It’s like claiming to have a degree from Harvard when you don’t. It’s a big deal to be a Rockette,” said our source.

Lindsay Lohan going to rehab has seriously affected her 21st birthday bash. Svedka vodka has already backed out, and now other partners (including Caesars Palace, the Social House restaurant at Treasure Island, and Pure nightclub) are considering backing out too because of stricter underage drinking rules in Vegas.

An insider tells Gatecrasher:

"Rules are much stricter in Vegas than in New York or L.A. because we have casino gaming [licenses]. When Ashlee Simpson did her 21st at Pure, they had to keep her on the red carpet literally until 12:01 a.m. on the day of her birthday."

Lindsay's currently in a 30-day rehab program which will finish less than a week before her two-day birthday party in Vegas.

Lindsay Lohan has checked into the Promises treatment facility in Malibu, according to In Touch Weekly. That's the same place Britney Spears went earlier this year.

"She finally realizes it's the right thing to do," a close friend of Lindsay's tells In Touch exclusively. "She is going willingly."

She should be out before her big birthday bash at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. DJ A.M. and Samantha Ronson will be in charge of music at her other private bash at Pure. The picture (to the right) is the photo that is outside the club right now.

Yeah, that's great. She gets out of rehab, only to go straight into a party where she turns 21 and can drink legally.
