Paris Hilton’s mom and dad are loving her new boyfriend, Benji Madden.

Paris’ dad thinks of him “like family already”. Her mom thinks the two will get married.

Mama Hilton said, “This has honestly become the real thing. It’s a great love match, and I have a funny feeling it’s going to go all the way, and we’ve already given it our approval. Their life has never been better. We agree with Paris that he is an amazing guy… He’s changed her life, and I really think she’s genuinely in love for the first time.”

Shia LaBeouf's $1,000 bench warrant is over.

On Wednesday, the day after he was due in court, Shia's attorney went to the courts and plead not guilty on behalf of Shia for illegally smoking. 

 There is a pretrial hearing on April 24.

Paris Hilton feels horrible about what she said in an interview with a Las Vegas radio station yesterday about Kim Kardashians ass.

 

They asked, "Would you rather have Kim Kardashian's ass or Jessica Simpson's rack?"

 

She said, "Gross. I would not want that."

 

She then said Kim's butt looked "disgusting, It reminds me of cottage cheese inside a big trash bag."

She is now telling InTouch that it "was just joking around and I made a stupid joke. I felt really bad afterward, so I contacted Kim and apologized. It was a silly thing to say. Kim’s hot!”

Shia LaBeouf has a $1,000 bench warrant out for him.

Why?

Because Shia decided not to appear in court Tuesday.

But this isn't from his Chicago Walgreens arrest.

Shia was arrested for smoking illegally outside of a Burbank gift shop back on Feb. 18.

The most he will get charged with is a misdemeanor.

Jessica Alba had her baby shower on Sunday in LA. There were 40 guests, which included Rashida Jones, Jaime King and Kim Kardashian. The party was held at Ever After Tea House in Studio City.

She made a huge announcement at the party, she's having a girl!

"She's been telling friends she's having a girl," says a source who also said Jessica got a lot of pink things at the shower.

Jess is also decorating the nursery with organic products mostly from Soleil Moon Frye's store The Little Seed.

Jamie Lynn Spears was at Babies R Us Thursday as I reported yesterday.

JL, who's turning 17 on April 4th and is already preparing to have a family.

Although Nicole Richie describes being a mom as "beyond amazing", that is not how she truly feels. She told Extra last week that, "It's definitely nothing like I could have imagined."

Nicole feels that being a new mom has taken away from her dreams, and wont stop although she has a baby.

On April 11th, Nicole went to an audition in Toluca Lake, Calif., on April 11. She told someone there she was "getting back to work".

What work? Nicole has never had "work". 

Even friends of Nicole are shocked that she wants to start working when she has someone to care for. Friends also don't understand why Joel insists on continuing to work with his band and not care for Nicole and baby Harlow.

One friend told OK!, "Nicole is thrilled with the way things are in her life, and she couldn't be happier. While he's away, Nicole is always sending Joel pictures of little Harlow." The friend adds, "Joel responds by calling back and singing little lullabies into the phone, which always makes Harlow giggle and smile."

Friends also say "Nicole really loves living the simple life in Glendale," but she still wants the fame.

Jamie Lynn Spears and her boyfriend/babydaddy Casey Aldridge are engaged!

JL, 16, and Casey, 18, are 100% engaged and JL has even been showing off her new ring.

Casey's cousin, Tina Robinson, confirmed the news to Usmagazine.com.

She said, "he proposed a few days ago, and she accepted."

“They probably weren’t expecting [the proposal] to be, like, right now, but with her being pregnant, that really pushed it up,”  she added.

Michelle Williams is opening up about Heath Ledger's death in the new issue of Interview magazine.

She says, "I think the interesting thing about Heath, which maybe people have only really fully discovered in his death, is how vulnerable he was. You can pick it up on it in his performances, but it’s easy to overlook because he was so physical and beautiful and strong and masculine.”

She added, “but there was always that underlying sensitivity. That’s who he was. He had a talent for everything that he put his mind to. He didn’t know limits."

Heath's other ex, Naomi Watts, also talked to the mag saysing, "I think he wanted to be someone who was doing the observing — not the one being observed. He hated not being able to go about his life in an ordinary way. But I think that, deep down, he enjoyed that he was being recognized for his talent. I think he was starting to own that and that's the deepest tragedy, in terms of his work. He was just beginning to own it and embrace it."

 

OK! magazine talked to Ashlee Simpson about her new album and her thoughts on Nicole Richie going to Broadway.

Ashlee played the role of Roxie Hart, the same role Nicole is up for, in London for five weeks back in 2006.

"Work really hard," Ashlee told the mag. She added, "and say your prayers!"

What about Ashlee coming back to play Roxie again? She said, "It's a lot of hard work and it's a great, fantastic show and I would love to do it again."

Ashlee wouldn't be able to rejoin the cast any time soon with her new album coming out within the next few months. "It's going well," says Ash. "I'm busy hitting up all the radio stations now. We have a new single, 'Little Miss Obsessive,' coming out. Everything is great!"

Despite being in the public eye, Ashlee has managed to stay away from rehab trips and psych wards. The 23-year-old said working hard keeps her away from that stuff. "I'm one of those people who likes to sleep in," she says. "I like to be late."

The new X-Men film is going to be amazing.

Hugh Jackman is coming back to play Wolverine in the X-Men Origins: Wolverine film. Not only will Jackman's sexy self be in the film, but so will two knew guys.

Ryan Reynolds and Black Eyed Peas rapper Will.I.Am have been announced as new faces in the movie. No word on who they are playing.

Others are, Liev Schreiber, who is rumored to play Sabretooth, Danny Huston and Lynn Collin as William Stryker and Silver Fox.

 

Britney Spears has been getting mysterious and threatening packages from a crazy fan.

OK! magazine has revealed details of what's been happening.

"It started about six weeks ago with just letters being sent once a week," says a source who's seen the packages.

"And then it quickly escalated to larger packages that now arrive two to three times a week — always to the same L.A. address, but never to one of Britney's homes."

The boxes never actually made it to her doorstep.

"The first thing you see when you open the box is a huge, lavender-colored, battery-operated sex toy," says the source. "Still with the price tag on it."

There were also two letters, which were both in a threatening and pornographic matter.

"The handwritten one is on note paper and it's written in a crazy, all-caps chicken scratch"

There was a five-page typed letter which were written in a vivid and pornogrpahic way. It shared the fans fantasy wishes with Britney, which can't be shown because they are so bad.

The fan also sent a picture of himself. He is a middle-aged, white male with greasy hair and is squirting some yellow liquid into his mouth. He also cut the eyes out.

"It's like something from a bad movie," says the source. "If I hadn't seen it myself, I wouldn't believe it."

Also on the outside of the package are Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's name.

OK! magazine says Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are making their love official soon.

A source close to them said plans are already being made. "I can’t give too much away," says the friend, "but I can say is that it will be this summer."

They say Nicole will have eight bridesmaids. 

"At this point, they're just trying to get dresses together."

Terry Gilliam, the director of Heath Ledger's last film, is having to deal with a serious issue.

The shocking death of Ledger has left the movie, The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus, on hold. Gilliam says Heath would want the film to be finished and seen and plans to dedicate the movie in his honor.

Gilliam wants to hire three other actors, close to Heath's apperance, to step in as Heath's character to complete the movie.

In the film, Ledger's character goes through a mirror three different times, taking him into different worlds.The idea is to have three different actors play Heath in those different worlds.

So far, Johnny Depp, Jude Law and Colin Farrell have been thrown out there as possible stand-in's.

Britney Spears is refusing to go to her little sister's wedding.

 

Apparently, 16-year-old Jamie Lynn is planning to marry her 18-year-old boyfriend, Casey, despite reports saying they will not marry any time soon. JL has asked Brit to be her maid of honor.

 

A source said, “When Jamie Lynn asked her, Britney laughed sarcastically down the phone. She told her hell would freeze over before she’d stand as her maid of honor then hung up on her."

Britney is still bitter from being the last to know about JL's pregnancy and thinks JL did it all for press.

Brit reportedly told a friend, “She just wants her famous sister at her wedding to show off to her friends. She doesn’t care about me."

Heath Ledger's memorial/funeral finally happened in his hometown of Perth, Australia on Saturday.

 

It was a very small group of people including Michelle William, Cate Blanchett and Ben Harper.

 

Harper performed a song he wrote for Heath, Michelle and their daughter.

 

Cate gave the eulogy and they played Heath's favorite songs. Michelle also read a Shakespearean sonnet.

They ended the funeral by all jumping into Heath's favorite beach, fully clothed, and watched the sun set.

Heath was cremated and is being placed where the rest of his families ashes are.

Heath Ledger died of an accidental overdose.

"Mr. Heath Ledger died as the result of acute intoxication by the combined effects of oxycodone, hydrocodone, diazepam, temazepam, alprazolam, and doxylamine. We have concluded that the manner of death is accident, resulting from the abuse of prescription medications."

His family issued this statement: We remain humble as parents and a family, among millions of people worldwide who may have suffered the tragic loss of a child. Few can understand the hollow, wrenching, and enduring agony parents silently suffer when a child predeceases them. Today's results put an end to speculation, but our son's beautiful spirit and enduring memory will forever remain in our hearts.  Jake Gyllenhaal is devastated by his very good friend, and Brokeback Mountain costar, Heath Ledger's death.

Jake is the godfather to Heath's two-year-old daughter Matilda.

One of Jake's friends said, "Jake is taking this harder than most people."

Jake was in New Mexico shooting his new movie Brothers when he heard the news. "This has had a strong personal effect on [Jake]," says a source that is working on the movie.

They also said Jake left the set immediately after learning about Heaht.

"He was there, but he wasn't with us. It was obviously a major trauma," adds the source. "These guys were very close. [Jake] was sitting in the director's chair staring off into space."

It's a good thing, don't get me wrong.

Nicole Richie isn't starving herself back to 75 pounds.

Nicole was at some DCMA thing, which is Joel and his brother Benji's clothing line.

Nicole got hips from being pregnant and still has a belly.

Angelina Jolie has been MIA for about a week, we've now learned she's been visiting the troops over in Iraq.

She went to the US military base located in the Green Zone in Baghdad, despite being pregnant.

Angelina went there as part of her duties as the United Nations goodwill ambassador. 

Heath Ledger's family each wrote tributes in the Friday edition of the West Australian newspaper.

His older sister, Katie: "I can hardly breathe when I try to write this. We were the ultimate in soul mates. I feel both my heart and life have been torn apart. I loved our special talks, our daily chats from where ever you were in the world. I especially loved all the precious time we spent together. We were so fortunate to have you as long as we did. You were so many things to so many people, but to me you were just my little brother. There will never, ever be another "Heath" and I think that in itself is the greatest tragedy. His entire family wrote: "How do we describe our sudden and tragic loss? … You were the most amazing individual "old soul" in a young man's body. You so loved us, as we dearly loved you. As a close knit and very private family unit we have observed you so determined yet quietly travelling in your self-styled path in life, nothing would get in your way … no mountain too tall, no river too wide. You dreamed your dreams and lived them with passion and intelligent commitment. We have been privileged to accompany you on a ride through life that has simply been amazing and through it all, we have loved each other beyond imagination. Jamie Lynn just keeps shocking us.

Star magazine says JL is a slut.

Just a few days before announcing her pregnancy, she asked a boy to have sex with her. She said, “It’s cool, I’m pregnant,” she said. “I can’t get pregnant again!”

 

OK! magazine caught Jamie Lynn Spears walking and holding hands with her boyfiend, Casey Aldridge, who is also the "father" of he unborn baby..

Jamie was heard saying "I love you babe”, while the two dined at a local Kentwood restaurant, Ambrosia's. 

Jamie, 16, is now 20 weeks into her pregnancy, you can kind of see her bump under her Heineken beer T-shirt.

The couple told OK! they are still together. Friends have said they are "very much together and very much in love.... They're adorable."

Diana Lee Wolozin, the masseuse who found Ledger's body is in big trouble.

She made three phone calls to Mary-Kate Olsen before calling 911. She also does not hold a state license for massage therapy.

Practicing massage therapy in NY with no license is a felony and she could face fines or jail time.

“We have notified the New York City Police Department as part of their investigation that no one by that name is licensed as a massage therapist in the state of New York,” says Jonathan Burman, spokesman for the New York State Education Department.

Kathleen Doyle, Executive Secretary for the State Board, says, “I can only tell you that in New York state, at this time, the law requires that any person who uses the titles 'masseur, masseuse or massage therapist' must possess a license. It’s a health profession in New York.”

If she had been licensed she would've known CPR. She also should have called 911 first, before calling anyone else.

Could Heath still be alive if she would've acted in the right way?

People.com released more photos of Nicole Richie and Joel Maddens baby, Harlow Winter Kate. 

Nicole said, "I wanted a hippie name and he wanted a more Biblical name."

Joel added, "Harlow's a cool name because it feels like a classic name." He's referring to actress Jean Harlow and model Shalom Harlow.

Nicole said she's connected to Harlow saying, "I'm with her all the time ... I know when something's wrong."

Her and Joel also admit to playing lullaby versions of Radiohead and Nirvana songs for their baby.

Joel also says that she is "the best thing that's ever happened to us."

"We have a very mellow life compared to two years ago, but we wouldn't have it any other way."  

Nicole also told People about the first time she saw Harlow. "I cried right away." She added, "I was holding her, and it was something that was so much bigger than me. Now she looks a little more like Joel, but when she was born, it looked like Joel had nothing to do with it."

Like any happy parent, Nicole remembers the first time Harlow smiled. 

"I was watching her in her crib and she happened to wake up and I was like, 'Good morning!'' And she smiled and it was the cutest thing ever."

Though her and Joel have been seen going out a lot recently and having late nights she says, "She's never out of my mind," adding, "I stop doing things for me anymore. Everything is for her."

 Although the two aren't married, or even officially engaged, Nicole and Joel have been wearing matching rings on their left ring finger. Could a wedding be coming up soon? 

Heath Ledger gave this interview not too long ago about his movie Candy, where he plays a junkie.

Heath said, "I've never been addicted to anything other than tobacco, so I think it's hard for us outside of their world to comprehend how they're making their decisions, you know?"

Heath Ledger's rep has called his death an "accident" and has also asked for privacy for his family.

"We are deeply saddened and shocked by this accident," said his publicist Mara Buxbaum.

"This is an extremely difficult time for his loved ones. We're asking the media to please respect the family's privacy and avoid speculation until the facts are known."

His death is said to be caused by an accidental overdose of sleeping pills, which he was taking rumored to be from his role at The Joker. Friends say Heath was having trouble sleeping because his character was so creepy and hard to get out of his mind. He would only sleep for a few hours a night, so he took the aids to help him sleep.

Sophie Monk is speaking out about Benji Madden, who she recently broke up with, and his new relationship with Paris Hilton.

She said she is "very happy" for him.

She released a statement saying that the media is getting it "all wrong" and said her and Benji did not end their engagement so he could be with Paris.

"Let me make this as plain as possible, Benji did not leave me for Paris Hilton. Benji and I did not break up badly or anything like that." She added, "We both decided as adults our relationship had run its course and decided to move on. I feel no animosity toward Benji and Paris at all and am very happy with life at the moment."

Nicole Richie shows off her new toy, I mean baby, Harlow Winter, on the new cover of People magazine.

Nicole says, "It's almost like I don't even remember what life was like before her. She gives life a whole new meaning and a whole new purpose."

That baby is not cute at all. I thought celebs were suppose to have good -looking babies.

She also said she's not eating much cause she's breastfeeding. Sweetie, you never ate much. She said, "I eat really bland [food] – chicken noodle soup, vegetables, fish. I had to cut out milk, no tomatoes, no lettuce. You think you have to cut everything out when you're pregnant, but you really have to cut everything out when you're breastfeeding."

OK! Magazine is saying Angelina Jolie is in fact expecting a new baby.

"Angie has wanted a second biological baby for some time now," says a friend of the couple. "And the minute she's pregnant, she just glows. She's the type that doesn't want to scream it to everyone, but she has the quiet, expectant mother glow. Her smile says she's the luckiest woman in the world."

She's also been seeing someone to help her with her diet. 

"When Angelina decided to get pregnant, the nutritionist told her that she needed to start eating more calories a day," says one source to OK! "She was averaging 1,000 to 1,100 calories a day, and the nutritionist wanted her to bump it up to between 1,600 and 1,800 a day."

Benji and Joel Madden added this picture to their blog on Tuesday.

Jennifer Lopez and hubby Marc Anthony spent a crazy $1.4 million on just giving birth alone!

She paid $700,000 to reserve a luxurious suite at North Shore University Hospital in Long Island. The suite costs $175,000 a week. It included brown leather couches, a large Apple computer monitor, two plasma screen TVs, wooden flooring and a private kitchen.

They also spent $300,000 for private doctors and nurses, $300,000 on security and $100,000 on personal assistants before she gave birth.

According to sources, the pair named their new baby boy and girl Maximiano and Emelina.

A family insider told InTouch magazine that, "Jennifer is doing so well but we
have gone through a lot of tissues. Everyone is crying many tears of joy."

Michelle Williams was in Sweden, with 2-year-old daughter Matilda, when she heard about Heath's death.

As I said earlier she is "devastated", says a source close to the Michelle, 27.

They were together for three-years, but their relationship didn't get to the alter. One thing they can both agree on, which was probably the happiest moment of the couples time together, was their daughter.

"He was absolutely in love with his daughter," says another source. "And he really liked what he did [acting]. He spoiled [Matilda] rotten. He was playful and very funny with her."

The source continues saying, "I can't believe Matilda is going to grow up without a dad, without knowing her father. And that Michelle will have to deal with having a daughter who's lost her father. She's a survivor. She'll make it, but it's going to be hard. Her first concern is going to be Matilda."

Heath Ledger's family has spoken out about his tragic death. His dad, Kim, has released this statement from his family:

Heath's family confirms the very tragic, untimely and accidental passing of our dearly loved son, brother and doting father of Matilda. He was found peacefully asleep in his New York apartment by his housekeeper at 3:30 p.m. U.S. time. We would like to thank our friends and everyone around the world for their well wishes and kind thoughts at this time. Heath has touched so many people on so many different levels during his short life but few had the pleasure of truly knowing him. He was a down to earth, generous, kind-hearted, life-loving and selfless individual who was extremely inspirational to many. Please now respect our family's need to grieve and come to terms with our loss privately.

The restraining order against Sam Lutfi has been exposing some shocking news. First there was Lynne Spears' quotes I posted earlier, now there is this.

Lynne also says in the documents, "Sam had told Britney that she was an unfit mother, a piece of trash and a whore, that she cares more about Adnan, her current boyfriend, than she cares about her kids, and that she does not deserve the kids."

"Sam told Jackie and me that he grinds up Britney's pills, which were on the counter and included Risperdal (an anti-psychotic drug for schizophrenia and bipolarity) and Seroquel. He told us that the doctor who is treating her now is trying to get her into a sleep-induced coma so that they could then give her drugs to heal her brain."

Kirsten Dunst is reportedly so upset about ex-boyfriend Jake Gyllenhaal new romance. 

Sources told Star Magazine, Kirsten flipped out when she heard that Jake might marry Reese Witherspoon.

“Hearing that (Jake Gyllenhaal and Reese Witherspoon) are close to getting engaged is like a knife to her heart,” said a close friend of Kirsten.

According to Star, Kirsten’s been seen crying in public a couple times about Jake and Reese.

JLo finally popped.

She gave birth in her special hospital suite at North Shore University Hospital in Long Island right after 12am.

Her rep confirmed she gave birth to a boy and a girl.

The girl came at 12:12 a.m. and weighed 5 lbs. 7 oz., and the boy came at 12:23 a.m., weighing 6 lbs.

Their rep said, "Jennifer and Marc are delighted, thrilled and over the moon."

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden’s nanny must be raking in some serious overtime to watch the Hollywood party couple’s new baby, Harlow Winter Kate Madden.

During the Grammys weekend, the couple went to several parties each night for hours. Last weekend, Richie and Madden once again left their tot at home to spend some quality time with Joel’s brother Benji and Lindsay Lohan at Teddy’s in the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel.

They didn’t rush home until the end of the evening - “It’s almost as if they aren’t parents,” said a spy.

Rick Hilton has issued the following statement about Barron's arrest.

"I haven't been contacted yet by either my son or the police. If what I have heard is true, it is very disturbing and I will have a lot to say- but it will be to my son not the media."

Paris Hilton has issued a statement about her brother as well.

He husband Gavin Rossdale's father, Douglas Rossdale, confirmed the pregnancy before they announced it.

She's said to be 13 weeks.

Lynne Spears is speaking out agaisnt Sam Lutfi saying, "Sam had told Britney that she was an unfit mother, a piece of trash and a whore, that she cares more about Adnan, her current boyfriend, than she cares about her kids, and that she does not deserve the kids."

“He then told me, ‘I’m the one who spends 24/7 with your daughter. I sleep in cars outside her house so she can’t leave.’ Sam then said, ‘You people throw everyone under the bus. If you don’t listen to me, I’m going to make your name shit in the papers.’

She also said he told her "that if he weren't in the house to give Britney her medicin, she would kill herself". Lynne says Sam told her that "if you try to get rid of me, she'll be dead and i'll piss on her grave."

Jamie Spears has been given complete control over Brit's finances.

Sam was talking to UsWeekly and said, “Oh boy, her family is crazy! It's funny because that's what the doctors say when they meet the family. They always come back and say, ‘You know, [her problems] are inherited, right?’ It’s just so sad. It's shared equally from both of her parents."

Sam also said, “They (Brit's parents) show up to the house like hillbillies, texting me. I find out that they’re outside, and they go, ‘You better let me in the gate, you ass.’ So I go, to Britney, ‘Your parents are here, let them come in and yell at you and scream at you. If anything else goes on, I'll throw you in my car and take you out of here.’ She said, ‘OK, fine, baby.’ I let them in. Instead of going to see how Britney is, they come bouncing through the doors. They scream at me, ‘Why the fuck are you talking to Barbara Walter!' I swear to God that's all they were saying.

“The dad pushed me in the chest and said, ‘Get the fuck out of here.’ The dad gave up and then the mom tried to talk to her, but Lynne was like, ‘I gotta get my beauty sleep, I gotta get my nails done, I gotta do my hair.’ It was just so sick. We made the mom stay.”

City News Service is claiming that Heath Ledger had pneumonia when he died today.

They says he "was reportedly in full cardia arrest when the paramedics responded. CPR was performed on him but was futile. He was pronounced dead on the scene."

Heath's family released a statement to TMZ saying that Heath's death was NOT suicide.

The family's rep said the family is "distraught over media reports that he may have taken his own life ... [that] he was not that kind of person."

This story just gets more and more sad.

Jamie Lynn Spears is putting her unborn baby in big danger. A source that is close to the Spears family told Life & Style magazine that JL is still smoking and drinking despite her being like four months preggers

There have been reports that JL started smoking and drinking when she was just 14!

A strange Britney Spears relative has come out and spoken about her. Her "uncle", William Spears, spoke to The Sun about his niece.

Here is some things he claims:

-Britney started drinking when she was 13-years-old.

-She tried drugs at age 14.

-She is worried she will pull a suicide like her grandmother Emma Jean, who was 31 when she took her life.

-He says she went “buck-wild” when she turned 18. She started snorting cocaine on her birthday, adding: “She has tried just about everything - cocaine, crystal meth, ecstasy.”

-He says: “I’m not just a family friend or someone who claims to know them. I was there every day, working with them. I have seen all the terrible things happen.”

-He also said, "It got worse when she got famous and she found out that people would do what she wanted them to. She wanted to drink, party and go where she wanted to go. She is a ruthless little thing, make no mistake. Nobody controls her. She bosses everyone around her.”

- “Just about everyone in the Spears family is a drunk and Britney’s dad Jamie was one of the worst. He would drink from daylight to night. Britney saw him drunk all the time.”

-He admits taking drugs with Britney in the past.

-He says: “I know she did cocaine on her 18th birthday - I was there. We were at a party in an apartment and I spotted her doing a line just before I did one. We smoked pot together too.”

-"The drug use went up overnight when she moved to LA to pursue her career. The drugs and the alcohol helped her cope with the pressure - helped her to escape from reality. We thought maybe getting married and having kids would help her settle down but it was quite the opposite.”

-He adds: “Britney is in an unstable state of mind now and there is nothing anyone can do about it. She is not listening to anybody. She has fired all the people around her who cared because she simply doesn’t want people to tell her to stop doing the things she is doing.”

Britney and her manager, Sam Lufti, went to get gas at about 8pm last night. They ended up going to some club called Goa, but they never got out of the car. They ended up just heading home.

Britney then invited two photographers into her Beverly Hills home around 2 am to talk.

Then, they took Britney and Sam into her car so she could drive around and listen to music.

They ended up heading back to Brit's house and stayed for 4 hours!

The guys said Britney only drank a 1/2 glass of champagne the whole night.

Roberto said, "We had fun. Britney was funny, very relaxed, dancing a little bit, and she carried her little dog all the time."

Some time during the night, Sam took out a paper from his pocket. It was a restraining order against Adnan Ghalib. He said, "Look at this!"

Britney showed her anger towards Adnan for being "set-up" by him. Remember, Adnan would tell his agency where they were and he would make Britney do stuff when the cameras were around. A perfect example was the photo of Britney looking at pregnancy tests. Apparently, Adnan told his agency to be at the store and got Britney to look at the test's so his photog buddies could take pix and he could get money off of her.

After talking and hanging out at Britney's house til 6am, they said they had to leave. Brit begged them to stay but Sam told her she needed to go to bed.

Shia LaBeouf is finally talking about the time he got arrested at a Chicago Walgreens just last year.

He spoke to Empire magazine and said, "That was complete and utter insanity."

He added, "I was an asshole, and it was a mistake I'm still completely embarrassed about. I was in the middle of a strange mind state, having just come off a three-month window of focus. I can't diminish what happened at all. But I can say this: I'm not the first 21-year-old to be arrested for a misdemeanour. There are lessons in life I need to learn, and I'm learning all of them in front of the public."

Alli Sims, who's Britney's" cousin/former assistant, hasn't been seen in a long time. At least not since Britney has been with Adnan.

Alli isn't keeping hush hush about Brit's new man.

On Sunday afternoon, Britney went to the Betsey Johnson store at the Westfield Fashion Square mall in Sherman Oaks, CA. She was of course with her "boyfriend" Adnan.

Britney took off all her clothes in front of everyone!

A salesgirl said, "I was blown away. Britney's private parts were right in front of me!"

She added, "I grabbed a dress to cover her and she screamed, 'Get away from me! Don't you fucking come near me! Then she disappeared in the dressing room with Adnan for 45 minutes. They were making weird noises. It was disgusting."

"I couldn't understand a word she was saying. She was slurring and spitting, and talking with a British accent. Her face was covered with cold sores and acne, and her scalp was patchy. I wanted to help her, but she was so mean that I left her alone. Then she muttered, 'Fuck you!' and left the store."

Xtine and husband Jordan have finally confirmed the brith of their baby boy. Although reports say she gave birth on Friday, it was taking longer and instead she gave birth on Saturday.

They named him Max Liron Bratman.

Their spokesperson said, "Christina and Jordan are proud to announce the birth of their son Max Liron Bratman. He is a beautiful, healthy baby boy!"

He's 6 lbs., 2 oz. and 20.5 inches.

Nicole Richie gave birth to a baby girl today. The picture was taken a month ago, that's not the baby.

The baby weighed 6lbs, 7oz. This is the first time in history that the baby weighed more than the mom.

They named her Harlow Winter Kate Madden. Why the hell did Joel allow her to name the child that?

Congrats to them. I've never like Nicole, but I just hope she is a good mom to that poor baby. I hope she stops acting stupid.

Now what I want to know is if the baby has mental problems because her mom was a huge junkie and was probably on drugs when she got pregnant, we all know she was doing drugs at least a month before she got preggers.

X-tina, like I've already said, had her baby today too. I wonder if they will have joint bday parties.

According to the LAPD…

-When the cops showed up Britney was locked in the master bathroom with Jayden.

-Britney wouldn't come out for three hours. When she did, all she was wearing was panties.

-Britney was incoherent and screaming at the cops, "What the f*** are you doing in my house? I know who you are." She was ranting, "I don't need your f***ing help." Britney, whose would cry one second and laugh the next, screamed, "You will do as I say."

-At some point Britney put on a see-through nightgown. Before police took her outside they asked her to cover up with a sweater and she screamed, "Don't cover me up. I'm f***ing hot."

-Britney's assistant and nanny were there the whole time. The assistant told the police that Britney had been "popping pills" all day. Her code word for meds was "vitamins" and she repeatedly demanded, "Get me my vitamins!" Officers found a bottle of Prozac in her bedroom.

-Sam Lutfi got there and said that he and the others around Brit "knew this was coming for a long time," but didn't know how bad it would be.

-Sam told police that Britney had been horribly unstable and had recently bought a house in Malibu randomly, began moving her stuff in and then changed her mind.

Britney Spears returned yesterday from her quicky Mexican vacation with Adnan.

They stayed only one night and went shopping. Britney bought a fake Gucci bag. Doesn't she have enough money to get a real one?

A source said that Britney reallys does love her boys and would do anything. "“Britney has always said, ‘I would die for my boys if that’s what it took to prove I loved them. I’d do anything for them.’ ”

The source also says Brit would leave showbiz if she didn't have her kids. 

“The only reason she’s doing this is because she wants them to look up to her onstage and be like, ‘That’s my mama,’ and be proud of her. She’d put her life before them and die for Jayden and Preston. They’re her whole world.”

A friend said Britney has said “repeatedly that life isn’t worth living if she can’t have her babies with her."

Mom-to-be Jamie Lynn Spears attended a preparation class with her mom, Lynne, on Friday.

The class was at the Tangipahoa Parish School System Adult Education Center in Hammond, Louisiana.

JL was seen carrying a GED study guide, which is a high school equivalency degree.

I guess she's not planning to finish her last two years of high school.

LAPD officers have taken out a restraining order against Britney Spears.

Don't worry it's only temporary.

They got the restraining order last Thursday after all that stuff went down at her house.

PEOPLE has learned exclusively that the cops took out an “emergency protective order,” which is is enforced for five business days.

“The person it’s placed upon would have to stay approximately 100 feet from the other person, or face arrest,” says an LAPD spokesman.

Kfeds lawyer, Kaplan, said, “Kevin doesn’t want to keep his kids from being involved in [Spears’s] life. But foremost is that the kids be in an environment of structure [and] stability. The next goal is to get things to a point where both parents are able to participate fully in their [children’s] lives."

Britney Spears is seriously crazy.

She has "suffered from a psychological disease for years," says a source close to her.

Two separate people who are close to her family believe Britney to be bipolar. They said "there is no question she is bipolar … she's had manic episodes for years."

Dr. Diana Kirschner, who has not treated Brit Brit but is an expert, has said that "people who show patterns of behavior like Britney are suffering from a dual diagnosis. They have both a substance abuse problem and a bipolar disorder or manic disorder."

In September, the courts said Britney was a "habitual, frequent, and continuous" user of drugs, and was ordered to take drug tests.

Michael Cartwright, the founder of a high-ranked rehab in Malibu, said, "she seems deeply ill to me."

A source also said she has taken anti-anxiety medication, "and who knows what she's on now. This is really a matter of her being unstable, not suicidal … she's not balanced."

People magazine has been told by numerous sources that she suffered from depression after both her pregnancies.

"She had postpartum depression after Preston was born."

They added, "She didn't want anyone's help … It got worse after Jayden was born."

A close family friend says "the tragic thing is that Britney loves her children and would never knowingly put them in harms way. Her mental instability is getting in the way of her making proper judgment and it's extremely unfortunate."

So sad.

Britney Spears was released from Cedars Sinai medical center.

Why? Because she didn't pose a threat to herself anymore.

Britney also demanded to be released.

A source sais, "It is very difficult to keep a patient in a psych ward at a hospital for longer than 24 to 48 hours. Even if you have tried to committ suicide (which Brit did not do) you are released as soon as you are no longer a threat to yourself. It is very very rare for someone to be in the psych ward of a hospital for more than a week or two even after attempting suicide."

"Brit is no different than other mentally ill people. After being admitted and given meds they are released if they are not a suicidal threat to themselves or others."

Britney was stripped

After Brit arrived at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center last night she was stripped of her clothing before she was sent to the psychiatric ward.

Life & Style Weekly says: She was immediately stripped by security of any personal belongings, which normally include her shoes, belt, and any other item of clothing she could harm herself or anyone else with. Her non-clothing personal items were taken away as well, and all were put in a bag and a safe by security.

Alli broke down the door

Britney barricaded herself in the master bathroom with Jayden. Her cousin or assistant, whoever she is, Alli Sims, broke down the door with a hammer and then called the police.

Visitation Suspended

Commissioner Scott Gordon ruled that Britney’s visitation rights have been “suspended pending further order of the court.”

It’s all Paris Hilton’s fault?

According to PageSix, Britney has been freaking out ever since she heard that ex-husband Kevin Federline hung out with her friend Paris Hilton.

An LAPD spokesperson told Access Hollywood Britney won’t be facing charges from last night’s 3-hour crazefest: “We do not have plans to charge her. According to reports it was the court-appointed monitor that called police when Brit started acting crazy on Thursday.

Good Charlotte guitarist, Benji Madden, and his Australian actress fiance, Sophie Monk, have split up.

A source told UsWeekly, "So we go stay with these patients and monitor them constantly. We watch them so they don't hurt themselves and watch the people who come visit them to make sure they don't pass anything to them."

Disney's High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens is talking about those naked photos of her. Vanessa talks openly to the new issue of Seventeen magazine.
